From pressure and perfection... to presence and purpose
I’ve always had an inner knowing that happiness was the ultimate goal. But for years, I was the one standing in my own way—held back by anxiety, perfectionism, and the pressure to achieve. Talk therapy helped, but something was still missing. I was craving a deeper sense of connection and purpose.

That shift began in 2015, when I discovered Naam Yoga during a friend’s health crisis. The blend of movement, mantra, breath, and energy work opened a door I didn’t know existed. In 2016, I became a certified Naam Yoga teacher and began sharing it with coworkers in the corporate world—right where healing was needed most.

In 2017, I discovered intenSati—a powerful spiritual fitness practice that combines mindful movement with positive affirmations—and everything began to shift. By aligning my body with my words and intentions, I experienced firsthand how deeply our thoughts and energy shape the way we feel. When I became certified in 2020, the training stretched me in every way: it challenged my fear of being seen, broke through my perfectionism, and taught me how to lead from a place of authenticity and truth. It wasn’t just a workout—it was the beginning of a whole new way of being.

But my biggest transformation came in 2023. A divorce, a cross-country move, losing my job, and living with chronic pain cracked me open. It was a spiritual awakening that led me to Reiki, and eventually, to becoming a certified practitioner. Through this journey, I finally understood what it meant to embody my soul’s purpose.
That’s when the FULL You truly came alive—because I had to become the FULL me first.

Now, I help others do the same: come home to themselves, align with their truth, and embody their wholeness.
