It’s okay if you don’t have all the answers—that’s exactly why you’re here. You’re not just here to push harder—you’re here to grow, to align, and to move from pressure to presence. To become the truest version of yourself. Even if you’re not sure how yet.

 

The FULL you is already within—the version of you that isn’t held back by fear, doubt, or outside expectations, but thrives through life’s challenges with trust, strength, and ease.

Those challenges? They’re not setbacks. They’re invitations. Opportunities to release pressure, embody presence, and awaken your courage.

You are uniquely you—with your own gifts, your own path. But somewhere along the way, the weight of expectations—family, culture, upbringing, even your own inner critic—may have pulled you out of alignment. Those voices don’t get to define you. You get to choose how you move through the world—with presence, not pressure.

Becoming the FULL you is a journey—one that takes self-awareness, intention, and a commitment to your growth. It’s not about striving harder. It's not about perfection. It’s about returning to your truth.

The idea of “The FULL You” came to me in 2020, during deep work with my own spiritual coach and mentor. But first, I had to walk through fire—through trauma, loss, and profound transformation. I had to meet my pain, face my fears, and learn to release the pressure I carried. Only then could I step into my purpose and begin helping others do the same. Learn more about my story.

Get to know Tarra Helfgott Austin

Tarra is a passionate guide for emotional, physical, and energetic healing, drawing from powerful, time-tested spiritual modalities to help you awaken your fullest potential.

Tarra has been practicing Naam Yoga since 2015 and became certified to teach in 2016. She introduced yoga and meditation programs to corporate environments at Concentric Health Experience and GSW NY, blending ancient wisdom with modern stress relief to create more balanced, mindful workplaces.

In 2017, Tarra discovered intenSati, a practice that fuses high-energy movement with spoken affirmations to rewire the mind and uplift the spirit. She became a certified leader in 2020, continuing to expand her commitment to spiritual fitness and mindset mastery. Learn more

 

In 2023, Tarra deepened her healing work by becoming a certified Reiki practitioner. This non-touch Japanese energy modality works by clearing and balancing the chakras, relieving stress, pain, and emotional blocks. Today, Reiki is even offered in over 800 hospitals across the U.S. for its holistic benefits.
